As an Engineer-turned-CFO/CPO-turned-Founder, I’ve worked across industries and functions — leading innovation finance at Nike, M&A at BP, business development at Google, and serving as Chief Product Officer at a venture-backed startup. Today, I advise founders as a fractional CFO. Along the way, I’ve turned around businesses that were bleeding cash, scaled into new markets, and built high-performing teams across Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

I also know what it feels like to be in the hot seat — trying to make big things happen with limited resources, pressure from all sides, and no playbook. What I learned is that career advancement doesn’t come from grinding harder. It comes from clarity, courage, and the right systems — and often, from having a partner in your corner.

That’s why I created Alewa. In Hawaiian, “Alewa” means to float, elevate, and rise. My role as a coach is to open paths with you: confronting roadblocks head-on, cutting through the fog, and taking practical steps to move your career forward.

This isn’t theory — I’ve lived it. Working with me means building strategies that fit you — your strengths and your style — not forcing you into someone else’s mold. I’ll bring the same creativity, discipline, and mindset shifts I used with CEOs and founders, and apply them directly to your challenges.

If you’re ready for a partner who will dig in with you — not preach from the sidelines — that’s what Alewa is here for. Together, we’ll open paths toward more success, fulfillment, and purpose.
